Pop corn

I've started eating popcorn.No,not for the first time, but as a really easy way to lose a few
pounds.Bags and bowls of popcorn.I make it in the most traditional way of waist shaking and arm flabulation motions to get the most out of my workout.Add my special ingredients and I'm off to crunch and munch and generally bug my family.They join in sometimes just to beat my noise level.I've lost 4 lbs so far,could be all the extra trips to make more popcorn or the calorie burning toothpicking I perform after my popcorn workout.Heck,I don't really care 4lbs is 4lbs.
Better than some other high cal/fat alternatives Ay.......
